RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND MONEY-BACK

Each jewellery piece that you purchase from ISKIUSKI is a unique piece of craftsmanship. This is the reason that we take care to ensure that each piece passes a quality check and is packed with utmost care. But for any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with the jewellery, we’ll either exchange it or make the required corrections. We don’t have technical jargon and our guarantee is simple to understand for customers. Please read on to know more about the terms and conditions of return/exchange policies.

7-DAY MONEY BACK AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you are not happy with the product you have purchased, please return it within 7-days with the receipt for a refund or get a full amount value exchange. However, specifically customized jewellery that you have ordered cannot be returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND MONEY-BACK POLICIES

1. Personalized/Engraved and Custom jewellery ordered by the customer with instructions cannot be exchanged/returned or eligible for money-back.

2. Returned jewellery undergo Quality Check by our department. Damaged, alterations, signs of wear and resizing (other than at ISKIUSKI) are not eligible for a money-back scheme or under the return policy.

3. Complimentary shipping is available on all products eligible for Exchange, Return and Money-back scheme within 7 days of purchase. Customers shall bear all shipping charges after the 7-day period expires on all products for Return/Exchange/money-back schemes.

4. An original or copy of the original invoice is required for return/exchange or Money-back within 7 days. It is optional on exchange/return after 7 days.

5. On a 7-day Exchange/return money-back value will be determined by ISKIUSKI and if discounts/coupons/promotional codes were used during purchase, that specific amount will be deducted, as applicable.

6. On all exchanges, the customer shall pay the difference in price between the exchanged jewellery piece and the new buy before it is dispatched.

7. In case you have received a damaged/ used/ incorrect or missing product (empty box), it is essential to file a complaint within 48 hours of the time of delivery. Please understand that you must include an unboxing video along with your complaint so that we can provide a quick resolution.

8. The Shipping Charges will not be refunded.

9. On purchase of combo offers, if 1 item is returned; the refund will be issued as per the Selling Amount of the other item retained by the customer.

10. For Silver Jewellery, we exchange only damaged products and missing products with the same design within 24 hrs of delivery.

Note:
• The product damaged or tarnished due to usage cannot be returned.
• Items must be returned in their original packing.
• ISKIUSKI reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
• No returns will be accepted after 7days.
